Welcome to Tiny Tales. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tiny Tales mobile application ("App") provided by Magic Mirror Works LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you are a parent or guardian using this App on behalf of your child, you accept these Terms on their behalf.
Tiny Tales is a children's storytelling application that uses artificial intelligence to generate stories, illustrations, and quizzes. The App provides text-to-speech narration, a story library, and optional subscription plans with additional features.
Tiny Tales is designed for children and requires verifiable parental consent before use, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). A parent or legal guardian must set up the App and provide consent before a child may use it.
Tiny Tales offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's account settings.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period following notice.
The free tier allows up to 3 stories per month at no cost. No payment information is required for the free tier.
Stories, illustrations, and other content generated by the App are created using third-party artificial intelligence services. We assign to you all right, title, and interest we may hold in the AI-generated content you create using the App.
Please be aware that AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection under current United States law, which generally requires human authorship. We make no representations or warranties regarding the copyrightability of AI-generated content.
You retain full ownership of any original prompts or text you provide to the App.

While we use content filters and safety measures to ensure age-appropriate story generation, AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. Parental supervision is recommended, and parents can review all generated stories in the App's library.
The App relies on third-party services for core functionality:

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect and how we use it.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Magic Mirror Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of content, or service interruptions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Arbitration shall take place in the State of Wyoming, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, but stories stored locally on your device remain yours.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
