Tiny Tales — Delete Account & Data

You can request deletion of your Tiny Tales account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
What gets deleted
- Account record — your Google or Apple sign-in association
- Subscription data — your device record, usage counts, and tier status from our backend
- Email whitelist entry — if applicable
- Crash reports — any Sentry error reports linked to your user ID
What is not affected
- Stories on your device — locally stored stories and images are not affected; uninstall the app to remove them
- Google / Apple account — your Google or Apple account itself is not deleted
- Subscription billing — cancel your subscription separately via Google Play or the App Store before requesting deletion
How to request deletion
Send an email from the address associated with your account (Google or Apple Sign-In email):

Processing time: We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email.
Delete data from your device
To remove all locally stored stories and app data from your device, simply uninstall the Tiny Tales app. This removes all stories, images, settings, and cached data stored locally.
